Married, Sophrenia Zette, son of Heinrick Lescher (Henry Lesher Sr.) and Maria, her maiden name has not been established.

Revoulatary War Veteran. He was a Private in the Fifth Company, 7th Battalion of the Lancaster County Militia, 1781, under the Command of Captain Noah Ceasey and a 2nd. Class Private in 1783 under a Colonel William Lowrey.(See Series V, Volume 7, page 762 (1781); also the return - page 788 (1783), Pennsylvania Archives).

He purchased 123 acres, 69 perches,surveyed 18 March 1750 in Washington Twp, Franklin Co, Pennsylvania for the sum of $11,108.81 from a Jacob Bell and his wife Barbara. The deed was recorded March 29,1814 in Deed Book, Volume 12, Page 461 in the Franklin Co, Pennsylvania, Recorders Office.


Children: Henry Lesher III, married Maria Longnecker; Maria Lesher, married Jacob Stoner; Jacob Lesher, unmarried; Fanny Lesher, married Jacob Wingert and Rev. Christian Lesher, Sr., married Catharine Strite.
