Federal Rolls of Prisoners of War, Captured Berlin, Pa., July 1, 1863. On Roll not dated of Prisoners of War at Fort Delaware, Del., who desire to take the Oath of Allegiance to U. S., Dec. —, 1864. Released on Oath of Allegiance to U. S., order of Secty. of War, May 3, 1865. Res. Bossier Par., La., complexion ruddy, hair light, eyes grey, height 5 ft. 11 in. Born Miss., occupation barkeeper, Res. Bellevue, age when enlisted 23, single.
