Funeral Rites Will Be Conducted Tuesday

An illness of only 15 minutes resulted in the death of Calvin Elsworth Dragoo, a Clark Township farmer, at his home Saturday night at 10:30 o'clock.

For 20 years he had been in failing health, but his condition had not been alarming. Saturday night he watched the wrestling matches on television and became ill after retiring.

The body has been brought to the Vandivier mortuary where services are to be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. Donald P. Inglis, pastor of the Community Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock and Tuesday until time for the service. They are invited to attend the rites.

For one year, Mr. Dragoo served in the Marine Corps during World War I, being discharged in 1919. Prior to that he received his education in the public grade schools of the county.

He was a member of the Community Congregational Church.
