William Thomas Baker of 180 Laurel Street, Florence, Oregon, passed away December 30, 1972. He was born in Summerville, Oregon, February 9, 1892, and was united in marriage to Bessie Harvey July 4, 1937, in Klamath Falls. She preceded him in death January of 1969. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by one brother, George Baker of San Francisco, California; one sister, Mrs. Zena Graham of Portland. Graveside services tentatively set for Wednesday, January 10, at 2 p.m. in the Springfield Memorial Cemetery, Springfield, Oregon, with Pastor R. Allan Dunbar officiating. Conformation of the date and time will appear in the paper Tuesday, January 9, 1973. Contributions may be made to the Oregon Arthritis and Rheumatic Foundation in his memory in care of the Riverside Chapel. Those wishing may visit the Riverside Chapel Wednesday, January 3, between the hours of 7 and 8:30 p.m.
