Ronnie Mark Cafourek, age 45, of Stanton, Calif., died Thursday night, March 26, 2009, at his home. He was born March 27, 1963, in Mountain View, Mo., son of Ron Cafourek and Karen Graves Cafourek. A 1981 graduate of Nixa High School, he did further studies at Baylor University before moving to California, where he worked as an auto racing industry consultant. He is survived by parents, Ron and Karen, of Birch Tree, Mo.; sisters, Tammy and husband, Ed Dennis, of Springfield, Mo., and Manda Kate and husband, Scott Stout, of Birch Tree, Mo.; brother Shannon and wife, Ali Cafourek, of Forth Worth, Texas; nieces, Cherise, Tanner, and Jazlyn; and nephews, Conor and Shalen. He is preceded in death by Papa Doug Graves, Grandpa Marn Cafourek, and Aunt Donna Smith. An avid reader who loved cooking, California, quail hunting, family and friends, Mark accepted Jesus Christ at an early age. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2009, at Montier Cemetery, Montier, Mo., under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Mo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haiti Orphanages through First Baptist Church, Mountain View.
