Nels William Beckstrom, 62, life resident of Moline, died at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon in the Moline Lutheran hospital. His home was at Fifteenth avenue and Forty-first street in Moline.
Mr. Beckstrom was born in Moline July 23, 1876, He married Miss Goldie Griffin in Moline Dec. 20, 1905. Mr. Beckstrom had been employed at the Minneapolis-Moline Power Implement plant in Moline 36 years. He was foreman of department 8. He was a member of East Moline Masonic lodge 969, Moline consistroy and Swedish Olive lodge of Odd Fellows.
Surviving are the widow; two sons, Floyd and Marvin, and a daughter, Helen, all of Moline; a grandchild; three brothers, John Beckstrom of Moline and Arthur and Alvin Beckstrom of Detroit, Mich. Two sons and a daughter preceded him in death.
