Mrs. Caroline B. Clark, 80, died Wednesday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Tagge, 606 N. Brinton Av., after a long illness. Mrs. Clark formerly resided at 2033 15th st., Moline.
She was born Feb. 17, 1874, in Vermont township, Fulton county, Ill., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Brackley.
Surviving are her husband, John A. Clark of Dixon; a son, John B. Clark, Corpus Christi, Tex.; three daughters Mrs. Mary Kressey, Moline; Mrs. Dorothy Votaw, Hicksville, O., and Mrs. Margaret Tagge of Dixon; a sister, Mrs. Addie Stewart, Peoria, 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. (CDT) Friday in the Melvin funeral home, with the Rev. Donald Littlejohn, pastor of the First Christian church, officiating. Funeral services in Moline will take place at 2 p.m. (CST) Friday in the First Christian church in Moline, with Rev. Willey officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park, Moline.
