Keith T. Moll, 29, Duluth and formerly of Sandstone, was killed in a car accident east of Hinckley on Highway 48 about midnight Saturday, October 22nd when his car rolled over. He was enroute to his wife's parental home, Mr. and Mrs. Emery Wolter, when his car left the highway. County Coroner Dr. E. G. Hubin gave the cause of death as a neck fracture and possible internal injuries, with death probably instantaneous.
Keith T. Moll, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Moll of Sandstone, was born at Moose Lake August 10, 1937. He graduated from Sandstone high school in 1955. He was married to Carol Wolter in Minneapolis March 23, 1963. He had been employed with the Minnesota Highway Department for the past ten years and for several years he had been with the maintenance department located in Duluth.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Moll of Sandstone.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 26 at the Grace Lutheran Church, Sandstone, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ray Rowe officiating. Mrs. Edward Lundorff sang, "Just As I Am" and "How Great Thou Art," accompanied by Mrs. Maureen Lindgren as organist. The casket bearers were: Wallace Janczak, Warner Anderson, James Jerome, Clarence Peterson, Carl Jackson and Norman Koski. Burial was made in Sandstone Spring Park Cemetery. Larson Funeral Home, Sandstone, in charge of arrangements.
