Carmen was born the son of Harry & Edith Mae (Wilson) Hill. He grew up in the Marissa area until moving with his fmily to Rock Springs, WY. He worked in the Oil fields of Rock Springs. He moved to Longview, WA and was employed @ Weyerhaeuser Pulp & Plywood department until 1961. He met and married his Wife Joan L. Berry in 1952 and had 6 children. They moved to Sidney MT, also lived in Billings MT, then moved to Forsyth. Carmen is survived by his wife Joan and Daughter Carma Wilson of Michigan, and 3 son all of Montona, Nate, Kevin & Steven. 5 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren, 1 brother Ted Hill , sister Virginia Thornton. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 children Vern & Annette, eight brothers (Allen, Ray, Bill, Chris, Wilbur, Norman, Wayne and Lloyd and a sister Elizabeth)
