DOROTHY DAVIS EIKEL passed away quietly in her sleep November 24, 1988. She is survived by her husband; Robert Eikel and daughter; Nancye Anne Fleming of Houston, son; David D. Fleming, of Findlay, Ohio, and his daughters, Margarite and Anne, son; Dr. William P. Fleming of Huntsville, Texas, and his son, Jeffrey. Mrs. Eikel was born in Findlay, Ohio, on December 12, 1912. After her marriage in 1959 to Robert Eikel, she resided in Houston. She was active in many community activities while living in Findlay and afterward in Houston. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, November 25. After funeral services at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26 at Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive, private interment will be in Itasca, Texas later that day. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the charity of one's choice.
