Henry Martin got married abt 1820 in Habersham county Georgia to Ellender Dooley. He had at least 2 children one was H. R. Martin and the other, a daughter Dicia (Dicey) who married John Alphus Mcguire, Comanche sheriff between 1861-1864. Henry's son, Henry R Martin Jr. went to the California Gold Rush and hit it rich, came back to Comanche and established the Comanche First National Bank. Henry's son H. R. Martin Jr. is buried at the Oakwood Cemetery, Comanche, TX. Henry's 2nd marriage was to Stacy McKenzie March 16, 1853.
