Shaun Elizabeth Coker, 37, of Edmond, Okla., entered this earthly life in Livorno, Italy on May 17, 1972 and completed it on March 24, 2010 in Oklahoma City.
It was love at first sight when she and Chuck met; together they shared over 14 wonderful years together and grew their family with three wonderful and prized children – Hutton, Carrington and Anniston.
Perhaps nothing was more important to her than her family as she was so incredibly proud of her children and loved it when Chuck would tell stories to make her laugh. Shaun had a gift of making anyone feel special and touched lives with her thoughtfulness, kind disposition and ready laugh. She was very organized and had a unique talent in decorating. Shaun especially loved giving gifts and made every birthday unique and extremely special.
Possibly the greatest compliment she could receive was through a question her father was once asked, "How did it feel to raise an angel?" Anyone who knew Shaun, knows exactly how that question is truly fitting.
Shaun is survived by her husband, Chuck; her children, Hutton, Carrington & Anniston; her parents, Richard & Janet Mueller; as well as her brothers, Richard Mueller and Stephen & Krista Mueller. She also leaves behind her parents-in-law Charles & Bonnie Coker, three sisters-in-law Melissa & Kevin Snyder, Cheryl & Kirk Loomis, and Jana & David Sasser; as well as nieces and nephews and dear friend Teri Crossland.
The family requested friends join them in celebrating the life Shaun lived during a visitation Sunday, March 28th at Crawford Family Funeral Home in Edmond.
A service to celebrate Shaun's life was Monday, March 29th at St. Monica Catholic Church in Edmond under the direction of Crawford Family Funeral Service with committal to following at Gracelawn Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
