JOHN W. BREWSTER, a descendant of the Rev. Nathaniel Brewster, married KATE C. LANDER 1877 in Orange County, NY, and their daughter, BERTHA W. BREWSTER, was born in Goshen, Orange County, in June 1879. They removed to Nebraska by 1883 where their first son, ROBERT LAIRD BREWSTER, was born 22-SEP-1883. Their second son, ROYAL STANLEY BREWSTER, was born 23-JUNE-1885, and on 1-OCT-1887, they were blessed with twin sons, WILLARD J. and WILLIS BREWSTER. JOHN and KATE raised their family in Nebraska and died there.
