George W. Fischer of Route 5, Fulton, died suddenly at his home Saturday, March 22, 1975.
He was born December 3, 1881 on the farm where he was now living. His parents were Philipp and Elizabeth Fischer. He was married to Miss Edna Elizabeth Bonard on October 29, 1913. He farmed where he has lived all his life.
Suvivors are; eight children, Mrs. Leo (Louise) Leopold of Auxvasse, Mrs. Marlyn (Juanita) White of Fulton, Marvin R., Wallace W., G. Leonard, Homer Lee, Robert E. and Willis D. Fischer, all of Fulton, twenty-three grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his wife, one brother and four sisters.
He was a member of White Cloud Presbyterian Church.
Services for Mr. Fischer will be Tuesday, March 25, 1975 at the Browning Funeral Home at 2:30PM. Officiating ministers will be Dr. Leon Wilkerson, assisted by Dr. Homer T. Larson.
Interment will be in Central Church Cemetary.
Visitation at Browning Funeral Home Monday evening.
