Pearl was married 1st to Joseph Lawrence Bones. Joe was killed in an automobile accident on their honeymoon in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Joseph L. Bones is buried in the Elmwood Cemetery in Osawatomie, Kansas.
Pearl M. Gregg married 2nd Earl Nelson.
Pearl was the daughter of James William Gregg & Adelaide O'Brien.

Married In Ottawa
The marriage of Miss Minnie Gregg, daughter of Mrs. Addie Gregg, of Osawatomie, and Mr. Joseph L. Bones, also of Osawatomie, was last Sunday afternoon in the study of the First Methodist Church, at Ottawa. Rev. C. B. Zook performed the ring service at 3 o'clock, the mother of the bide and a sister of the bride, and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Gooden, of Osawatomie, witnessing the ceremony.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Bones, of Lane. Mr. Bones is s mechanic in the Missouri Pacific shops at Osawatomie and he and his bride will make their home in that city.

Obit for Joe Bones

The Miami Republican March 5, 1926 page 5, col. 3

BONES - Joseph L. Bones, of Osawatomie was killed near Grand Junction, Colo., last Friday when a switch engine struck his motor car. Mr. and Mrs. Bones were on their wedding trip. They were married in Ottawa February 21. Mr. and Mrs. Bones were visiting a brother-in-law, D. A. Eddy in Colorado. Mr. Eddy and Mr. Bones had made a trip down town and on their way home the car was struck by the engine. Mr. Bones was killed and Mr. Eddy was seriously injured. Funeral services for Mr. Bones were held in Osawatomie Tuesday and burial was in the Elmdale Cemetery.
