Ellis R. Kyttle

Laurel - Ellis R. Kyttle, 69, died Tuesday in his Laurel home after a long illness.
He had been a sales representative for R.D. Grier and Sons Co. in Salisbury.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Minnie Swain Kyttle; three children, Mrs. Lois K. Cordrey, C. Robert Kyttle, Laurel, and E. R. Kyttle, Seaford; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Mrs. Effie Lackey, Tarzana, Calif.
Mr. Kyttle was a a former chief and former chief engineer of the Laurel Fire Department; a president of the Sussex County Fire Chiefs Association; former director of the Delaware State Fire Association; had been a state fire school instructor; was a past master of Laurel's Hope Masonic Lodge No. 4 and was a director of the Mutual Relief Association.
Funeral Services will be held here at 2 p.m. Friday in the Windsor and Disharoon Funeral Home. Interment will be in Laurel's Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday night, where a Masonic memorial service will be held at 8 o'clock.
