ALDRIDGE, DUDLEY BURKE – Age: 53 of Mt. Juliet, TN. He loved the Lord, and on March 1, 2005 he went home to be with Jesus. He was a policeman in Holmes County, Mississippi & Nashville, Tennessee. He was a 32nd degree Mason & Shriner. He was a conductor for the Broadway Dinner Train. He loved working on his farm in Mt. Juliet and playing music. He worshiped at Tulip Grove Baptist Church and was a blessing to all who knew him. Preceded in death by father, Joseph DePrato & loving step-father, Ruben Aldridge. Survived by wife, Faye Moss Aldridge; daughter, Donna (Jason) Layne; son, David (Rhonda) Aldridge; grandsons, Jacob Davis Layne, Daniel Jackson Layne; granddaughter, Reese Isabella Aldridge; mother, Betty Aldridge; mother-in-law, Ruby Moss; brother, Earl Aldridge; sisters, Tammy Miles, Margaret DePrato, Julie DePrato. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 2:00 p.m. at Tulip Grove Baptist Church. Dr. Ken Clayton & Pastor Greg Chamblee officiating. Interment Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Friends will serve as pall bearers. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 9:00 and Thursday 9:00 – 11:00 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN 889-0361. A Dignity Memorial Provider.
