"Mrs. Charles E. Higgs"
Mrs. Eva E. Higgs, 83, R.R. 6, died at 1:05 p.m. Sunday in Fayette Memorial Hospital where she had been admitted Friday. She had been in ill health six months.
She was born in Brookville July 1, 1893 to Oliver G. and Elizabeth Robinson Templeton. A 50-year member of Central Christian Church, Mrs. Higgs also belonged to Group 3 of Christian Women's Fellowship.
Survivors include two sons, Bernard of Connersville, and Carroll T. of Cincinnati; and a sister, Mrs. S. E. (Audrey) Jarrell of Connersville. Her husband, Charles E. Higgs, died December 6, 1970.
Dr. Byron Carlisle will officiate at funeral services to be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Thompson-Brown-Urban Funeral Home where friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery. * * *
