Frohlich Service Conducted Friday 8 May 1931
Services for I. Frohlich, esteemed Jewish resident of Selma whose death occurred early Thursday after a lingering illness, we're held at 10 o'clock Friday morning from Temple Mishkan Israel, Rabbi J.H. Gumbliner officiating. a large concourse of sorrowing friends gathered to pay their last tribute.
Interment was made in Live Oak cemetery, arrangements by Brislin Brothers. Pallbearers were: Morris Gusdorf, Isadore Kaiser, Lee Adler, A.A. Davidson, W.E. Allen, Herbert Lillenthal, Jack Leva, I. Cadden.
Mr. Frohlich was one of Selma's oldest citizens, having arrived resided here for the past 63 years, setting here shortly after his arrival in this country from his home in Austria. for many years he was a well known figure in the business life of Selma, but had been in ill health for a number of years.
