Clifton was the 10th child born to Willie and Ginnie Bobo,in Clardy Lamar Co.TX. He was 4 yrs old when his mother Ginnie died. The older brothers and sisters help
to care for him.

Clifton then married: Nolene Pansy Summit
Born: July 16,1924 in Montgomery Co AR.
Clifton love to sing at the area churches and he and Nolene wrote several songs.
Clifton lived in and around Black Springs-Mt.Ida area.
He was a retired millwright and construction worker.
