James LeRoy Baker, loving brother, father and grandfather, age 77, died April 1, 1994 in Murray, Utah. Born December 11, 1916 in Murray, Utah to Thomas Kime and Lillie May Berger Baker. Married Flora Irene Rasmussen on January 2, 1943. She died April 4, 1944. Married Audrey Elfreda Nelson On February 19, 1956. She died January 1, 1968. He was a member of the LDS Church. Active in temple work, served a stake mission, served in U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors: two daughters; Kay (Ronald) Erickson, Kearns, Joy (Karl) Shelton, Murray; seven grandchildren; Lloyd, James, Julie, and Chad Erickson, Kevin, Jared, and Klint Shelton; brothers; Glen Ray (Shirley), Salt Lake City; Willard Earl, Fairview; siser Mary (Cecil) Olsen, West Jordan; Irene (Max) Mathews, South Jordan; sisters-in-law; Eloise Baker, Murray; Ila (Cliff) Hathaway, Murray; brother-in-law, Frank (Emma) Nelson, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by brothers Bud and Calvin.
