husband of Kim Ritchie Nealis, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011. He was a 51 year old native of Marion, Indiana, son of Seth and Hazel Compton Nealis of Pelham, Georgia, a retired G.E. employee and a member of the Christian faith. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Joseph Tyler (Kim) Nealis, a daughter, Rachel (Ross) Nealis, and 2 grandchildren, Joseph Garrett Nealis and Sydney Gail Nealis, all of Mt. Sterling, a sister, Tina (Daryl) Sparks and 2 nephews, Alex and Amos Sparks, all of Pelham, Georgia and a niece, Jessie Abercrombie of Nicholasville. His funeral will be 1:00 Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Longview Cemetery. Visitation is 6-9:00 Tuesday.
