GLADYS L. BAKER
Gladys L. (Kells) Baker, 99, of Anamosa, formerly of the Russell area, died April 15, 2001 at the Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 18, at the First Congregational United Church of Christ with interment in the Riverside Cemetery, Anamosa.
She is survived by three daughters, Wilma (Robert) Walton of Anamosa, Betty Lubben of Onslow, and Eva Kray of Anamosa; six grandchildren, Ken (Peggy) Walton, Judy (Jim) Askam, Kathy Petersen, Janet (Fred) Munoz, Karla Jensen Meyer, and Jerry (Karen) Lubben; 12 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene Morrison of Pulaski, Iowa and Edith Matthews Barlow of Powell, Wyo.; many nieces and nephews; three long time friends, Velma Heady, Marietta Carstensen, Berniece First, and her special hairdresser, Leslie Fleming.
