The son of Theo and Patsy (Brewer) Lewis of Xenia, OH. Brother of Phyllis, Emma, Mark, Brenda, and Tim Lewis.

He is loved greatly and missed very much. His shy but funny sense of humor made everyone laugh. He was taken too soon but we are all so thankful that we had him in our lives, if only for a short time. He was truly a treasure to our family. Rest in peace cousin.
