She was a beloved mother, grandmother and homemaker. She married Robert E. Curtis Sr on Oct. 5, 1929.
She lived for God and her six children whom she loved devotadly and equally. She was a great seamstress, she would look in a catalogue and find a dress that they liked and cut out a pattern from butcher paper, after trading
flour sacks until she had enough material she would then sew a new dress. She was also a great cook, canning fruit,
vegtables and meat.
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies......She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idelness. Her children arise up,
and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
