Services were Monday, Oct. 18, at Coker Funeral Chapel in Decatur for Ellen Ash, 85, of Brownfield. The Rev. Duane Perkinson officiated. Burial was in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Ash died Friday, Oct. 15 in a Brownfield hospital. She was born July 21, 1897 in Tarrant County and married Guy Ash, Dec. 31, 1913 in Decatur. She was a member of the first Baptist Church in Brownwood.
Survivors include: a daughter, Charlotte Flogge of Brownfield; brother, Ray Small of Wichita Falls; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
