Jacob Allison, died at the residence of his father, James Allison, near Stafford, Sept. 12th, 1894, of Typhoid Fever. He was born in Scioto, Ohio, Jan. 19th, 1851. He went to Missouri at the age of 19 and from there to Kansas, in the fall of 1881. He traveled over a part of Oregon, California and Texas. Near three years ago he returned to Kansas where he made his home, until his death. Several times during his sickness he said to his father that he was one day nearer his heavenly home.
