Mrs. J.S. Hoffman Dies in Willows
Word was received here Wednesday by W. R. Hoffman of the death of his brother's wife. Mrs. J.S. Hoffman, in Willows Tuesday night. Particulars of her death have not been learned. She was a sister-in-law to A.N. and W.R. Hoffman of Auburn, and F.M. Hoffman of Philadelphia. She was the mother of Mrs. Fred Robinson of Sacramento.
The body of the deceased will be brought from Willows to Auburn for burial in the family plot at the Odd Fellows cemetery. The funeral will be held from the Nevada street depot on arrival of 5:15 train Thursday.
