|Birth: ||Jun. 24, 1874|
|Death: ||Jul. 6, 1908|
David and his first wife, Dora (last name unknown), were married in Virginia about 1897. In 1900, they were living in Lewis Co, WA, where David worked for a logging company. Later they moved to Oregon, and Dora's health began to fail because of a lung problem, perhaps tuberculosis. In the spring of 1908, they went to live with his parents so Dora could receive better care. She died two days after the Fourth of July celebration.
