Collin Patrick DeFazio, Dickson City, 2-month-old son of John DeFazio Jr,and Mary Hannon, Peckville, died at Community Medical Center. He touched everyone's lives with his smile and his laughter, and was a sweet child, who was loved by everyone that knew him and will be truly missed dearly.
His maternal grandfather was Patrick R. Hannon, and maternal grandmother, Judy Krajewski, Dickson City, with whom he also resided; paternal grandmother, Theresa Bombar, Archbald; paternal grandfather John C DeFazio, several cousins, aunts and uncles.
