Prince George's County
A proud Virginian, he moved to Washington, DC where he spent his career in the tire industry, working as Sales Manager of Stidham Tire Company. The White House was one of his many high-profile clients. He loved gardening, boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay. He was the husband of Leona Dowling Stultz and the father of Janice Stultz Roddenbery.
He spent his last day on Earth with his wife and daughter on a trip to Maryland's Eastern Shore. The next morning while taking a walk after breakfast he collapsed from a massive heart attack. He always said that he wanted "to go standing and just like that" with a snap of his fingers. God granted him the death he asked for.
