Loving mother to Debbie Heeney-Crenshaw of Antioch and Ed Heeney of Oakdale. Devoted grandmother to Andrew and Ryan Crenshaw and Alan and Jeremy Heeney. Dear aunt to 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Born in Oakland on April 15, 1925, age 76 years. A homemaker for 53 years. Longtime member for 64 years with the International Order of the Rainbow for girls where she served as a Grand Deputy, member of Order of the Eastern Star, Orient Chapter and Rebeccas of Fremont. Barbara enjoyed traveling. Visitation will be Friday, 9:00 AM, with the Funeral Service starting at 11:00 AM, At FREMONT CHAPEL OF THE ROSES, 1940 Peralta Blvd. Interment will follow at Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery in Hayward.
