Mrs. Hannah Pick
Mrs. Hannah Pick, widow of the late John Pick, died early Monday morning, July 23, of diseases incident to old age, being about eighty-five years of age. Since the death of her husband, which occurred near Laurelton about three years ago she lived with a son near Mifflinburg, where she died. Besides several children she is survived by these brothers and sisters: Nathaniel Boob, of Millheim; R. B. Boob, of Aaronsburg; Isaiah Boob, of Woodward; Mrs. Joseph Smith, of Bunkertown, and Mrs. Maria Fredericks, of Wolfs Store. Funeral services were held Wednesday of last week and interment was made at Hartleton.

Mrs. Hannah Pick Died in Mifflinburg
Mrs. Hannah Pick, of Mifflinburg, died on Sunday, July 23d, at 10:20 a.m. from heart failure, after an illness of about eight months. She was born near Paddy mountain, August 24, 1838, and was aged 84 years, 10 months and 28 days, and is survived by the following children: James Pick, Frank Pick, Levi Pick, all of Laurelton; Adam Pick, Charles Pick, of Mifflinburg; Newton Pick, of Clinton county; Mrs. Ellen Miller, of Huntingdon and Mrs. John Shalter, of Lewis township; also the following brothers and sisters: Robert Boop and Nathanial Boop, of Millheim; Isaiah Boop, of Woodward; Mrs. Smith, of Juniata, and Mrs. Frederick, of Lewisburg.
L. W. Strunk & Son, funeral directors, had charge of the funeral, which was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Shalter in Lewis township on Wednesday, July 25, conducted by the Rev. Greene Shively. Burial was made in the Dunkard church cemetery of which church Mrs. Pick was a member.
