He is survived by his wife, Ann L. Brown; a son, Aaron Brown; a daughter, Deavin Kates; a grandson, Lee Kates; and a sister, Constance Bishop. Mr. Brown was retired, after 30 years of service with Phillip Morris USA, as the assistant to the comptroller.
His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where the family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday with a 4 p.m. Wake Service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Catholic Church of the Ephiphany, 11000 Smoketree Drive. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
