18 Apr 1949: In France, on December 20th, 1944. Mark S. Leiss, aged 22 years. Full military funeral on Wednesday morning at 8:20 o'clock from Thompson Funeral Home, 126 S. Ninth Street. Solemn Requiem High Mass at St. Marys Church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends and Holy Name Society members are invited to attend the recitation of the Rosary, Tuesday evening at the funeral home. [Lebanon Daily News]
