Quoted from Helena IR, 2/24/2008:

Rosemary Ann Morgan, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Rosemary was born Dec. 31, 1953, in Rapid City, S.D. She grew up in Texas, Ohio and Nebraska. She moved to Montana in 1983 to be closer to her parents.

Rosemary was taken to heaven on Feb. 21, 2008, on her beloved grandmother Sadie's birthday. They always shared a special bond. Rosemary was preceded in death by her grandparents and her uncles, Bill, Jack and Norman.

She is survived by her son and grandson, as well as her parents, all of Helena; two brothers and a sister; a niece and two nephews.

Through Bill W. she made many friends. These friends became her second family. She was truly loved and admired by many people and will be missed. She was known for her honesty, her compassion, her generosity and her sense of humor.

She was a strong independent woman who loved her animals. She shared her love of horses by taking us for rides as often as possible.

Rosemary leaves behind her companion and friend, Sparky, the wonder dog. She must have known her time would be short in this world, for she kept it as full as possible, full of friends, family, laughter and pets. She was always busy with her horses, woodworking and collecting antiques. Her home is a wonderful showcase of her whimsical taste.

Rosemary's family thanks all of her friends for their love and support. Memorial service was held at Mount Helena Community Church.

Memorial donations may be made to Lewis and Clark Humane Society, 2112 E. Custer, Helena, MT 59601.
