IN TRIBUTE TO EMILY BELLE BERRY OWEN**** On July 25, 1965, the death angels visited and took one Mrs Emily Belle Owen. She lived a long life, 83 years. She was always ready to go, no matter how bad she felt, or how she was suffering. She always had a word to say or a smile for everyone. She knew she had to go, although she fought so hard to live. She wouls go to the Lord's house every time she had a way. She never did like to be a worry or bother to anyone. Before she went into a coma she looked up as to say: Dad,children, don't worry, I am ready and prepared to go. She took pain and suffering so calm and contented. She was loved by every one that knew her. She loved her neighbors and friends, and was always glad to see them come in. If she could speak, she would say: Dad, children, and loved ones, Live a Christian life and meet me over on the other shore, where there will be no more parting..
Mr Owen we know that God has taken the best companion you ever had, Both lived 63 years together and shared.
The love and happiness you had.
She was so faithful toward you
Your home will never be the same
You will always cherish her memories
And will often call he name.
Now that her chair is vacant
Her voice you will hear no more
Belle how we will miss you
til we meet on that beauthiful shore.
God you took my wife, mother of our children
and left us all alone and sad
For me and them life will be lonesome
Now that they have just a Dad.
Now that your in Heaven
It is nearer than ever before
With God's help we will meet you
On that bright and beauthiful shore.
So now we think we understand
And look for better days
But only those Whoever sought through grief
Know the strenght that come from God.
