Alonzo Edward Brakeall, 116 East Main Street, Hancock, died suddenly at 6 o'clock Thursday evening at his home from a heart attack, aged 50 years. He suffered from a heart condition for several years.
He was born in Fulton County, son of Asa and Susan Manning Brakeall. and was an employee of the State Roads at Hancock.
Besides his wife, Minnie Mae, he is survived by daughter. Miss Flossie, and son, Edward O., at home: sisters, Mrs. Bessie Myers and Mrs. Janet Dorrier, Hancock; brothers, Leroy, Needmore and Edgar, of Ridgely, W.Va.
Funeral services Monday at 2:30 p. m. at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church. Hancock, with Rev. Joseph Clair officiating. Burial in the Tonoloway Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the Grove Funeral Home in Hancock after noon Saturday.
