practice in Lawrenceville 1825-37. had a son named John Percival, also a physician. in 1840 IN census, appears to be living with wife and son's family.

Jabez moved to Lawrenceburg in 1801 as his parents lived/died in Boone Co., KY from New York. practiced as a physician with a Dr. Grubbs 15 miles east at Burlington, KY then moved practice to Lawrenceville 1825-1837, found in 1840 IN census.

1840 Dearborn Co, IN, the year bf he dies, 3 males in age 20's, 40's, 70's, he is the eldest so son, John and his son? and 3 females in same age groups, so his wife, DIL, gdau.? no Will is found. one male is in engineer field - Jabez, son were DR.
