David Blaine Evans, 46, of Hartman, Arkansas died Monday, October 3, 2005, in his home. He was born November 11, 1958, in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was an attorney with a law office in Clarksville, a member of Hartman Baptist Church, a graduate of Hartman High School, and a graduate of the University of Ozarks at Clarksville and University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1992., with a degree of attorney and counselor at law.
Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarsville with burial at West Mount Zion Cemetery in Hartman.
He is survived by his mother, and two sisters.
