OPAL DALLAS RACKLEY, 95, of Memphis, retired nursing assistant for Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, died of respiratory failure Saturday at Methodist Healthcare-South. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Crossroads United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Edington Cemetery in Pontotoc County, Miss. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge.
Mrs. Rackley, the widow of Ervin Rackley, leaves four daughters, Allene Prude and Maxine Toldi, both of Memphis, Kathryn O'Brien of Pontotoc, Miss., and Eva Nash of Corinth, Miss., eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
The family requests that memorials be sent to Crossroads United Methodist Church.
