Butcher and sausage maker. Born in Bremen, Germany he was the son of Christian Gottlieb Otto Beisser and Emma Gaumann; came to the USA in 1923 on the steamship Bremen landing in New York. Went on to Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin where there were siblings from his father living. Settled in Milwaukee. Operated a large sausage making shop and was a fan of race horses. Married Alvina ("Girly") Teresa Venzl on June 2, 1927. Was the father of Lawrence Frederick Beisser.
