She died Sunday, Dec. 28, 1997 in Chambersburg Hospital.
Born March 7, 1911 in Mercersburg, she was a daughter of the late George and Harriet Blair Tosten and the widow of Paul J. Baer, who died Jan. 17, 1970.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed growing flowers.
Survivors are two daughters, Betty Jane Stevens and Maryellen Baer of Chambersburg; four sons, Floyd E. "Pete", Donald L. Sr., Glen P. and Ronald R. "Yogi", all of Chambersburg; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Caroline Baer, five brothers and seven sisters.
The Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate at services. Burial will be in Upper Strasburg Lutheran Cemetery, Upper Strasburg.
Friends may call Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
