Neal Beall (pronounced "Bell") Braswell was the oldest daughter of a prominent Dallas judge and lawyer, Samuel N. Braswell and his wife Mary A. Braswell. She must have been a childhood friend of her future husband, William Oscar Garrison, for in the 1880 census they were next door neighbors on Cedar Spring Street in Dallas. Beall and Oscar were married on April 21, 1887 in Dallas, Texas.

Together Beall and William Oscar produced six children, three of whom survived into adulthood.

My great grandmother Beall.

Children:
Ray Braswell Garrison (1889-1906)
Samuel Clyde Garrison (1890-1892)
Lloyd Garrison (1892-1894)
Verne Alfred Garrison
Carl Oscar Garrison
Gwendolyn Alethea Garrison
