Lee Russell Glotfelty, 80 of Bartlesville, Okla., formerly of Meyersdale, died Dec. 9, 1998 in Jan Philip Hospital Bartlesville. He was born July 1, 1918 in Meyersdale, a son of the late Walter E. and Emma (Kretchman) Glotfelty. He was preceded in death by first wife Margaret (Kretchman) Glotfelty and brothers Walter J., Clark E. and Mack E. He is survived by his wife Helen (Helena) Glotfelty, stepson John Martin Wilde of Aloha, Ore., a step granddaughter Jenna Wilde, 2 sisters Pauline M. Spear of Berlin and Hazel I. Critchfield of Meyersdale and brother Robert of Berlin. He was a veteran of WWII, a life member of Charles E. Kelly Post 112 American Legion and Bartlesville Sr. Citizens Club. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale where the service will be 2 p.m., Saturday with Pastor Sherman Berkey officiating. Interment Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
