| Birth: | Apr. 19, 1920 | | Death: | Sep. 2, 2006 |  BLACKBURN, EDNA LEE - age 86 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2006. She was of the Baptist faith. She filled her life with devotion to her husband and family. Her smile and kindness will forever be remembered. She was preceded in death by her parents, James M. and Bessie Cook Stafford; Ruth McNabb, and sister, Johnny. Survived by her husband of 66 years, James; sisters, Ursa Brown, and Betty Lindsey, sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Alfred Carroll of Lenoir City; daughters and husbands, Barbara and Jack Holbert, Karen and Richard Tindell; granddaughter and husband, Lora and Todd Boruff, and granddaughter, Lenore Kinder; great-grandson, Brik Boruff of Koxville; caregiver and friend, Lois Miller; loyal and special pet, Fluffy; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 8:30 p.m. Monday at Stevens Chapel with Mr. Tim Witt officiating. The family and friends will meet 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for graveside services and interment at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers: Lynn Blackburn, John Blackburn, Reed Lindsey, Mike McNabb, Jason Tindell, and Howard Kidder.
