George Taylor Creecy was the son of Jesse and Catherine Ramey Creecy. He married Susan Perrin on November 24, 1880. They had 3 daughters: Mary Catherine, Margaret, and Elizabeth (Lizzie). Mary Catherine died in infancy and is buried near her parents.
According to family records, George was with Company F, 6th Regiment, Arkansas Infantry in the War Between the States.
