DUNKIRK NY - Alexander Conner Kawski, 6, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009 at home.
Born in Dunkirk, he is the son of John and Christina Pruitt Kawski of Dunkirk.
Alex was a first grade student at School 7 in Dunkirk. An active boy, he enjoyed working on his uncle Robby Kawski's farm in Stockton, heavy construction equipment, attending school, playing with his little brother, toy dinosaurs and army guys. He will be extremely missed by all his family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Brandon Kawski of Dunkirk; paternal grandparents, Robert and Jean Briggs Kawski of Stockton; maternal grandmother Sandra Thompson of Hamburg; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cause of death: Accidental strangulation
