Wayne was born March 3, 1940, in Ogden, Utah, the son of Leland Carl and Elizabeth Clough London.
Wayne married Eva Lynn Gale on October 23, 1970, in Elko, Nevada.
He was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as an Elder in the Royal Greens Ward.
An avid and accomplished golfer, he shared that love with his wife, Eva Lynn. He was a UGA and PGA rules official. Wayne's happiest moments were spent at Wolf Creek Resort, golfing, golfing and golfing. He was also a creative wood craftsman who enjoyed sharing his talents with family and friends.
Wayne worked for the U.S. Forest Service for 19 years and the Department of Agriculture for 17 years until his retirement in October 1993.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Eva Lynn; daughters, Julie (Scott) Davis, Clinton; Shelly London, Roy; Jyl (Eric) Checketts, Syracuse; and son, Blair London, Phoenix, AZ; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Bryson, Nicole, Janae, Taylor, Jaren, Connor, Kristina and Kameron; great-grandchild, Kayton; and his beloved dog, Peanut.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sharlene Mayberry, and niece, Diane Mayberry Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist's Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
Friends and family may call at the mortuary Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
