Obituary: Siegal Clark Died Last Night of Heart Attack
Siegel Clark, whose home is at the corner of West Eleventh Avenue and South _____ ______ passed away last night at his home following a heart attack suffered sometime during the night. His son, Thomas, found him dead in his bed about ___ o'clock this morning. He had apparently been dead about three hours.
Helic Siegal Clark was born in Ellison Township near Smithshire May 20, 1862, the son of Thomas George Washington and Caroline (Powers) Clark. He was the last surviving member of a family of ten children. February 14, 1889, he was married to Leota Bell Norris who passed away in 1921 [sic. Gravestone shows 1931.].
Four of their six children preceded their father in death: Homer, Frederick, Herbert and another son who died in infancy.
Mr Clark was employed at the Pattee Plow factory for over fifty years, but had not worked during the last eight years. He was a member of Tri-State Lodge.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas and Clyde, and one grandson, Robert Clark.
Funeral services will be held at the Turnbull Funeral Home Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in charge of Rev F. W. Leonard. Interment will be made in Glendale Cemetery.
